Nenad Jankovic (Nele Karajlić) moved to Belgrade during the war in Bosnia and founded his band "Zabranjeno pušenje" but he was not the holder of the copyright of the band name and their songs. They recorded one album "Ja nisam Odavle" and then changed name to No Smoking Orchestra.
