Frameshift

Frameshift
USA
Progressive rock/metal

Frameshift began in 2003 as a collaboration between Henning Pauly of Chain and Dream Theater vocalist James LaBrie.
Eddie Marvin is credited for drum duties, but any pictures of him in the booklets are in fact depicting Henning Pauly's brother Stephan who does not play drums. Pauly made Eddie Marvin up in order to make it more like a band. In reality, all drums are programmed.
For the album "An Absence of Empathy", Frameshift secured the high profile services of Sebastian Bach. This union ultimately resulted in a war of words between Bach and Pauly following the album release as the two disputed songwriting credits.
